Liquor Licence Act	Edith Cavell Blvd., Port Stanley, Municipality of Central Elgin	02JULY2008 12:31a.m.		Elgin County OPP responded to a complaint regarding youths removing a Bud Lite banner from the side of GTs Bar. Police located the youths and the banner was returned. Two youths were charged under the liquor licence act. Domestic Assault	Imperial Road, Township of Malahide	02JULY2008 10:30a.m.		Elgin County OPP responded to a domestic assault on Imperial Road. After further investigation, a male party was arrested for allegedly assaulting and threatening a female party. The female party did not sustain injuries as a result of the assault.	A 22 year old male from the Township of Malahide was arrested and charged with the following offence(s): Assault (x2) Utter Threat to cause bodily harm Utter threat to damage property The male party is scheduled to appear in court on July 4^th, 2008 at the City of St. Thomas.
Over 80mgs	Fourth Line, Township of Southwold	02JULY2008 9:01p.m.	1994 Suzuki Swift	Elgin County OPP stopped the driver of a 1994 Suzuki Swift for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be over the legal limit and was arrested.	Wayne Walter LUCAS, a 35 year-old from the Township of Southwold was arrested and charged with the following offence(s): Over 80mgs LUCAS is scheduled to appear in court on July 29^th, 2008 at the City of St. Thomas.

After further investigation, a male party was arrested for allegedly assaulting and threatening a female party and assaulting a male youth. No injuries were sustained by the victims.
